Refund policy

If a product is faulty in any way, you can return it within 10 days. Please Contact Sarah by email at sarah@sloweycreative.com, quoting your name and order number. 

The returns procedure can often be eased by providing a digital image of the fault (along with a clear description of the problem) within the email.

We cannot accept returns on non-faulty goods, only faulty or damaged goods can be returned.
