Shipping policy

UK DELIVERY 

Royal Mails 1st class recorded service for most orders under 2kg is the standard service and default delivery option in the shipping cart.

Royal mail usually take 3 - 5 working days to deliver, on rare occasions delivery may take up to 15 working days. 

Standard delivery days include Saturdays but not Sundays.

The average delivery price will vary depending on the number of items in your order.

If the order is over 2kg or large (over 60x40cm) Fed Ex UK couriers will be used. 

 

CUSTOMS TAX / DUTY

If you are placing your order from outside the UK, you may incur additional charges beyond our control. This could be a non-reclaimable customs Tax as well as administration fees.

INTERNATIONAL 

Most international deliveries are with customers within 3 - 5 working days using Fed Ex, DHL, TNT, Yamato or similar services as a default international delivery option.

Shipping costs and time can very significantly for remote areas and surcharges may be added.

 

PROCESSING AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Order production and processing may vary according to each order, weekends and public holidays are not included in production days.
